Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups butter (3 sticks)
- 3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- 4 cups powdered sugar for topping
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- pink gel food coloring
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the butter for 5 minutes until light colored and fluffily. Add the heavy cream and vanilla then beat for another 3 minutes. Slowly add the powdered sugar, scraping down the sides as you go, and beat for another 5-6 minutes until fluffy.
- Add pink gel food coloring in small amounts and mix it in until you have the desired shade of pink. Pipe on cooled cupcakes with a closed star piping tip, trying to keep the amount rather small and in the very center of your cupcake. (To leave room for the face.)
